La contravención a lo dispuesto en el artículo anterior se sancionara por medio de multas sucesivas, hasta de cincuenta pesos, convertibles en arresto, a razón de dos pesos por cada día, que impondrá el Prefecto Nacional de seguridad y por delegación suya el Jefe de detectivismo y los Jefes seccionales de Seguridad y Extranjería.
