Las personas jurídicas que no tengan naturaleza societaria no se podrán inscribir en el SIMPLE, de acuerdo con las condiciones y requisitos establecidos en los artículos 905 y 906 del Estatuto Tributario. Las empresas unipersonales se podrán inscribir en el SIMPLE siempre que cumplan los requisitos establecidos en los artículos 905 y 906 del Estatuto Tributario.
