Articulo 1° El Síndico de la Penitenciaría Central, por razón de las funciones que se le han adscrito conforme a los anteriores considerandos, tendrá un sobresueldo de cuarenta pesos ($ 40) mensuales, que lo cubrirán por mitad las cajas particulares de la Penitenciaría Central y de la Cárcel de Sumariados.
