SALAS DE DECISION. El Tribunal Superior Militar estará dividido en salas, cada una de las cuales se integrará por tres magistrados y el comandante general de las Fuerzas Militares, quien las presidirá. Las decisiones se tomarán por mayoría de votos; el disidente salvará voto en forma motivada, dentro de los dos días siguientes. En caso de empate, se decidirá con la intervención de un magistrado de otra sala, escogido por sorteo. En la misma forma se procederá cuando un magistrado se declare impedido o cuando prospere una recusación.
