Art. 11. En las Provincias de Cúcuta, Pasto, Túquerres, Obando, Barbacoas, Núñez, Caquetá, San Juan, Atrato y en cualquiera otra en que circule la moneda de plata, los emolumentos de los Notarios y Registradores se pagarán en esa moneda ó en su equivalente en la de papel, conforme á lo establecido en los artículos 2624 y 2671 del Código Civil, 44 de la Ley 57 de 1887, y 34 y 37 de la Ley 95 de 1890.
