Artículo único. Créanse los puestos de Directores de Banda de Músicos del Ejército, ad honorem , pudiendo los Departamentos que a bien lo tengan fijarles asignación por su cuenta. Tales Directores estarán bajo la dependencia exclusiva de los Comandos respectivos, y quedarán sujetos a la disciplina militar. Comuníquese y publíquese,
