Las Cámaras De Comercio Con Sede En Las Ciudades Capitales De Todos Los Departamentos Coordinarán Y Convocarán A Los Gremios De Su Jurisdicción Que Cumplan Los Requisitos Señalados En El Artículo Anterior Para Que Elijan Un Delegado Departamental Con Su Suplente Personal Que A Su Vez Los Represente En La Asamblea General De Delegados Departamentales

º Las Cámaras de Comercio con sede en las ciudades capitales de todos los departamentos coordinarán y convocarán a los gremios de su jurisdicción que cumplan los requisitos señalados en el artículo anterior para que elijan un delegado departamental con su suplente personal que a su vez los represente en la Asamblea General de Delegados Departamentales.

Parágrafo

El suplente personal del delegado departamental sólo concurrirá a la asamblea general de delegados cuando el titular no pueda hacerlo por motivo justificado.
