DIGNATARIOS Y ATRIBUCIONES. El presidente del Tribunal Superior Militar será el comandante general de las Fuerzas Militares; tendrá las atribuciones que fija la ley para los presidentes de los tribunales superiores de distrito judicial y dará posesión a los funcionarios y empleados que nombre la corporación. El vicepresidente, será un magistrado elegido por la sala plena, para período de un (1) año, ejercerá las funciones que le delegue el presidente y lo reemplazará en las faltas temporales de éste.
