Articulo 82 . Las providencias en las cuales se impongan sanciones por infracciones a las disposiciones que regulan el juego de apuestas permanentes se notificara personalmente al afectado, dentro de los cinco (5) días hábiles siguientes a su expedición. Si no pudiere efectuarse la notificación personal, se hará por edicto conforme al Decreto 001 de 1984.
