Los artículos que se produzcan en el territorio de San Andrés y Providencia, y en los cuales se haya empleado materia prima extranjera, podrán ser introducirlos al resto del territorio nacional pagando los derechos de aduana correspondientes a la materia prima extranjera empleada en su elaboración, y previo concepto favorable, en cada caso particular, del Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público.
