° El Ministerio de Correos y Telégrafos, de acuerdo con las bases señaladas en el artículo 1°, preparará la tarifa general de manera que los empleados y el público puedan consultar fácilmente el valor de cada servicio, y agregará a este valor $ 0.10 por derecho de cila.
