Article 2

Los Cargos De Que Trata El Artículo 1 De Este Decreto Serán Provistos De La Siguiente Manera: A) Los Cargos De Magistrado, De Conformidad Con Lo Dispuesto En El Artículo 22 Transitorio De La Constitución Política; B) Los Cargos Del Despacho Serán Provistos Por Cada Uno De Los Magistrados De La Corte Constitucional; C) Los Demás Cargos Serán Provistos Por La Corte Constitucional De Conformidad Con Las Disposiciones Legales Aplicables Para La Rama Judicial Y El Reglamento Interno Que Al Efecto Expida La Corporación

ARTICULO 2° Los cargos de que trata el artículo 1 de este decreto serán provistos de la siguiente manera

Los cargos de Magistrado, de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el artículo 22 transitorio de la Constitución Política;

Los cargos del Despacho serán provistos por cada uno de los Magistrados de la Corte Constitucional;

Los demás cargos serán provistos por la Corte Constitucional de conformidad con las disposiciones legales aplicables para la Rama Judicial y el reglamento interno que al efecto expida la Corporación. TITULO SEGUNDO. De las funciones y requisitos.
