Art. 86. Cuando la Sala de decisión de dos Magistrados únicamente, y hubiere empate, se llamará para que lo decida á uno de los Magistrados de la otra Sala, igualmente designado por la suerte.

Cuando la Sala de decisión conste de tres Magistrados y hubiere discordancia entre ellos, se llamará para que la dirima al otro Magistrado de la Sala Principal, y á falta de dicho Magistrado se llamará á uno de la otra Sala, igualmente designado por la suerte.

En todos los casos en que no hubiere Magistrados a quien llamar, se sortearán Conjueces.
