Artículo único. Los elementos de que trata el considerando 2 del presente Decreto, podrá adquirirlos el Instituto de Crédito Territorial por conducto del Departamento Nacional de Provisiones, de acuerdo con la reglamentación establecida en el Decreto 251 de 1937, y en las disposiciones legales concordantes con este. Comuníquese y publíquese.
