Artículo primero. La Corporación Autónoma Regional del Cauca, CVC, emitirá con fecha primero (1°) de julio de mil novecientos setenta y ocho (1978) y hasta por un valor de $ 50.000.000 (cincuenta millones de pesos) los bonos a que se refieren los artículos 13 y 14 de la Ley 25 de 1959, para hacer entrega de ellos a los contribuyentes del impuesto nacional de que tratan las mismas disposiciones, en las condiciones y proporciones allí establecidas.
