Art. 48. Por el tiempo en que los jóvenes van á cursar en la Escuela no pueden entrar de lleno en el estudio de los ramos profesionales; habrá en dicho Instituto dos años de estudios preparatorios, de cuyos cursos eximirá el Consejo á los jóvenes que comprueben instrucción suficiente.
