Artículo veintiséis . Mientras el Ministerio de Higiene provee el suministro de "Sellos de Garantía" para adherir a las facturas de venta o manifiestos de aduana, el recaudo de este gravamen se hará en efectivo por medio de recibos Standard expedidos por las Administraciones y Recaudaciones de Hacienda Nacional y Administradores de Aduanas, por valor del gravamen respectivo de acuerdo con las facturas o manifiestos de aduana, dejando expresa constancia de éstos del número del recibo, fecha del pago y valor.
