Terminado el tiempo por el cual la Nación concedió el permiso para construir obras en los terrenos a que se refiere el artículo anterior, el Municipio de Tumaco transferirá el dominio de aquéllas y éstos a quienes tengan el uso y goce legal de ellos, con sujeción a lo dispuesto en el articulo siguiente.
