Quedan en estos términos reformados los artículos 38 de la Ley 104 de 1922 ; los ordinales 4, 5 y 10 del artículo 2 de la Ley 52 de 1918 ; y el artículo 273 de la Ley 57 de 1887 ; sustituidos los artículos 3, 10 y 11 de la Ley 78 de 1923 , y 305 de la Ley 57 de 1887 ; y reformados los artículos 5 y 9 de esta misma Ley; adicionado el artículo 67 de la Ley 100 de 1892 , y derogado el artículo 273 de la Ley 153 de 1887 . Deróguese el artículo 2° de la Ley l de 1923.
