° las formalidades previstas en el decreto número 2122 de 9 de noviembre de 1934, en relación con la cedula de ciudadanía, serán aplicables a la tarjeta postal de identidad, en los casos a que se refiere el artículo anterior, y la omisión de ellas dará lugar a las sanciones establecidas en dicho decreto.
