º Las reservas de caja que hubieren quedado incluidas en los recursos del balance de un establecimiento público se ejecutarán en la vigencia siguiente hasta el 1º de junio, y las reservas de apropiación, previa ratificación, mediante acuerdo mensual especial de la Dirección General del Presupuesto, hasta el 31 de diciembre del año en que fueron constituidas.
