El Gobierno Nacional incluirá en el presupuesto de cada vigencia las partidas de diez mil pesos ($10.000) para el Instituto de Ciegos y sordomudos de Medellín, la de diez y siete mil seiscientos cuarenta pesos ($ 17.640) para el Instituto Colombiano de Ciegos de Bogotá lo mismo que las sumas que sean necesarias para dar cumplimiento a la presente Ley.
