Artículo quinto. Los alumnos de último curso de cualquier rama de educación secundaria podrán presentar los exámenes de habilitación a que tengan derecho sin necesidad de autorización previa, en el mismo establecimiento de quince (15) días después del examen final; si no aprobare todas o una de las asignaturas, las pendientes serán objeto de examen de validación, previamente autorizado por el Ministerio de Educación, treinta (30) días después de la habilitación; si todavía no aprobaren, podrán solicitar otras validaciones conforme a las disposiciones vigentes sobre la materia.
