DE LA INFORMACION AL PÚBLICO. Para la adecuada información al público sobre las características de los artículos de uso doméstico que causen riesgo para la salud y sobre las precauciones que deben adoptarse para su empleo, se exigirá su rotulación de acuerdo con la reglamentación que para tal efecto expida el Ministerio de Salud.

Parágrafo

Las informaciones, instructivas o advertencias de los rótulos a que se refiere este artículo, estarán inscritos claramente legibles y en idioma español.
