Los Directores de las Agencias Colocadores de Seguros o quienes las representen, deberán tomar posesión de sus cargos en la forma dispuesta por el artículo 93 de la Ley 45 de 1923 , y enviar a la Superintendencia copia autenticada del acta respectiva.
