Art. 5° Los Magistrados de esta Corte, al actuar en los inicios de que conocen, averiguarán si los Responsables otorgaron lad respectivas seguridades; y en los casos negativos, si hay gloses, iniciarán inmediatamente el juicio sobre responsabilidad civil ó pecuniaria contra los empleados que los posesionaron ú ordenaron que se les posesionara sin dichas seguridades, de conformidad con el artículo 2081 del Código Fiscal. Comuníquese y publíquese.
