Para realizar las obras mencionadas en el artículo anterior, destínase las siguientes partidas:

Río Guatiquía, trescientos veinte millones de pesos ($320.000.000).

2.

Río Guayuriba, doscientos cincuenta millones de pesos ($250.000.000).

3.

Río Guamal, cien millones de pesos ($100.000.000).

4.

Río Ariari, doscientos millones de pesos ($200.000.000).

5.

Río Upín, doscientos millones de pesos ($200.000.000).

6.

Río Metica, doscientos millones de pesos ($200.000.000).

7.

Río Humadea, cien millones de pesos ($100.000.000).
