Artículo tercero. El personal de las anteriores dependencias que sea incorporado a los empleos que se determinan mediante el presente Decreto, deberán tomar posesión de los mismos si hay variación en la denominación, clase y categoría, caso en el cual no requerirán otras formalidades que la firma del acta de posesión respectiva y el pago del impuesto de timbre correspondiente a la diferencia de remuneración.
