Artículo único . Exímese á la Sociedad de San Vicente de Paúl del pago de derechos de importación por las drogas, utensilios y demás elementos que para el servicio de los enfermos pobres introduzca del Exterior.

Parágrafo

El presidente de la sociedad central de san Vicente de Paúl dará aviso al Ministerio de Hacienda y Tesoro de cada pedido ó importacion de drogas, utelsilios y enseres para la botica de los pobres, á fin de que se transcriba en oportunidad a la respectiva Aduana.
