En la misma forma de que habla el Artículo anterior, el Gobierno procederá a llevar a cabo la ejecución de las obras necesarias para facilitar la navegación por el brazo de Mompós, de conformidad con los estudios, planos y proyectos que ha de presentar la Comisión Científica que actualmente estudia el rio Magdalena y sus afluentes.
