TEXTO CORRESPONDIENTE A

LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 2.4.1.1.2.23. Validez de las Licencias de Navegación. Las Licencias de Navegación que expida la Autoridad Marítima, tendrán la siguiente validez:

De Clase 1 (Regulares), cinco (5) años; Clase 2 (Dispensas), seis (6) meses como máximo; y Clase 3 (Entrenamiento), doce (12) meses como máximo. Cuando se trate de Licencias Colectivas para los embarcos de prácticas correspondientes a los cursos de formación de marinería, aquellas tendrán validez por todo el tiempo que dure el curso respectivo.
