A rtículo trece . La Sección Comercial tendrá por objeto la adquisición en los mercados nacionales o extranjeros de los enseres o mercancías que la Junta Directiva considere necesarios convenientes para elevar el nivel de vida económico de los afiliados al Fondo o la dotación de las oficinas a cargo del Ministerio de Justicia, y la venta de los mismos a precios módicos, exclusivamente para tales afiliados.
