Ningún nacional podrá ser portador de más de un pasaporte colombiano vigente. Quien posea pasaporte vigente y solicite uno nuevo de la misma o de otra clase, ocultando a la autoridad expedidora la existencia de este documento, incurrirá en las sanciones penales a que haya lugar.
