Decláranse de utilidad pública las instalaciones denominadas Cuerpos de Bomberos, sean éstos voluntarios u oficiales, y considérase que son dignas de estímulo y apoyo por parte de la Nación y de las otras entidades públicas, para efectos del artículo 1° de la Ley 71 de 1946 .
