Decisiones de revisión . Las decisiones de revisión que revoquen o modifiquen el fallo, unifiquen la jurisprudencia constitucional o aclaren el alcance general de las normas constitucionales deberán ser motivadas. Las demás podrán ser brevemente justificadas. La revisión se concederá en el efecto devolutivo pero la Corte podrá aplicar lo dispuesto en el artículo 7º. de este Decreto.
