El Departamento Administrativo del Servicio Civil continuará el trámite de inscripción en la carrera administrativa o de actualización en el escalafón de los funcionarios que a la fecha de la vigencia del presente Decreto, tengan pendientes sus solicitudes formuladas con arreglo al Decreto 583 de 1984 y demás disposiciones que lo modifican y adicionan.
