ARTICULO 3.3.3.8.- LIQUIDACION DE OPERACIONES. Las sociedades comisionistas de bolsa, deberán liquidar todas las operaciones por conducto de la respectiva bolsa, con la entrega de lo negociado y el pago del precio acordado. Cuando por razones de seguridad, imposibilidad física u otra similar, el comisionista vendedor no pueda hacer entrega de los valores transados, podrá entregar a cambio un certificado de la compañía emisora de dichos valores en el cual se aclare que el título o títulos correspondientes están a la orden y disposición de la bolsa.
