CONSECUENCIA DE LA NO PRESENTACIÓN DE LA DECLARACIÓN CON MOTIVO DEL EMPLAZAMIENTO. Vencido el término que otorga el emplazamiento de que trata el artículo anterior, sin que se hubiere presentado la declaración respectiva, la Administración de Impuestos procederá a aplicar la sanción por no declarar, prevista en el artículo 643.
