El Fondo de Reserva Legal se formará con el diez por ciento (10%) de las utilidades hasta que dicho Fondo sea equivalente a la mitad del capital suscrito, y de ahí en adelante hasta con el 10% de tales utilidades, a juicio dé la Junta Directiva. Pero si el Fondo de Reserva bajare del cincuenta por ciento (50%) indicado, se volverá a destinar necesariamente no menos del 10% de las utilidades líquidas, hasta que asciendan nuevamente a la mitad del capital suscrito.
