Este Decreto rige desde su promulgación; sin embargo, la vigencia del nuevo sistema de registro de la propiedad de inmuebles y de vehículos automotores terrestre quedara sujeta a lo prescrito en los artículos 76 y 89. Mientras la inscripción de los títulos y documentos relativos a bienes raíces y a prendas agrarias o industriales se seguirá asiendo en la forma y el modo actuales, pero la inscripción de los referentes aquellos en la matricula establecida por la Ley 40 de 1932, será forzosa. Comuníquese y publíquese.
