° Llenados tos requisitos de que trata el artículo anterior, el Administrador del Lazareto respectivo entregará al menor al guardador escogido, quien procederá a conducirlo a su hogar: y tal funcionario dejará, en libro especial que debe llevarse en cada Administración, la constancia del domicilio del guardador, su cédula de ciudadanía o tarjeta de identidad, si fuere posible, y un ejemplar de la fotografía del menor.
