Articulo 45. El Gerente será el representan legal de la Compañía y tendrá a su cargo la suprema dirección y administración de los negocios de la misma. Todos los funcionarios y empleados distintos de los Directores y del Revisor, le estarán subordinados y trabajarán bajo sus órdenes e inspección. CAPITULO VII Revisor Fiscal.
