Las providencias que se dicten en el trámite de la Acción de Cumplimiento, con excepción de la sentencia, carecerán de recurso alguno, salvo que se trate del auto que deniegue la práctica de pruebas, el cual admite el recurso de reposición que deberá ser interpuesto al día siguiente de la notificación por estado y resuelto a más tardar al día siguiente.
