Article 8

º El Incremento De Costos De Matrícula Y Pensión Mensuales De Estudios Sólo Podrá Exceder La Meta De Inflación Proyectada Por El Gobierno Cuando Los Nuevos Valores Sean Concertados Con La Asamblea General De Padres De Familia O Cuando Sean Aprobados Por La Junta Seccional De Matrículas Y Pensiones, A Elección Del Rector, Director O Propietario

Decreto 2542 de 1991 · por el cual se establece el régimen de costos educativos en los establecimientos privados en los niveles de preescolar, básica (primaria y secundaria) media vocacional y educación especial y se dictan otras disposiciones.

º El incremento de costos de matrícula y pensión mensuales de estudios sólo podrá exceder la meta de inflación proyectada por el Gobierno cuando los nuevos valores sean concertados con la Asamblea General de Padres de Familia o cuando sean aprobados por la Junta Seccional de Matrículas y Pensiones, a elección del Rector, Director o Propietario.

Parágrafo

Cuando el establecimiento educativo opte por acudir directamente a la Junta Seccional de Matrículas y Pensiones y ésta no le aprobare su solicitud, no podrá en el mismo año lectivo someter el incremento a consideración de la Asamblea General de Padres de Familia.
