Las partidas anuales para gastos totales de las Contralorías Departamentales no podrán exceder, en ningún caso, y para Departamento, del dos por ciento (2%) de sus respectivos presupuestos.

Quedan modificados los artículos 1o., 2o. y 3o. de la Ley 47 de 1945 ; el primero (1°.) de la Ley 47 de 1946 , y derogados los Decretos legislativos1839 del 1o. de agosto de 1956; el 0126 del 20 de enero de 1954 y los demás que sean contrarios a las disposiciones de esta Ley.
