Artículo único. Concédese franquicia telegráfica hasta por veinte palabras a cada uno de los Jefes Liquidadores de Encomiendas Postales de Medellín, Cali, Manizales, Popayán, Neiva, Pasto, Bucaramanga, Armenia (Caldas), Honda, Ocaña, Pamplona y Pereira, única y exclusivamente para comunicarle a la Contraloría General de la República el dato de las sumas que traspasen a las respectivas Administraciones de Hacienda Nacional. Comuníquese y publíquese.
