º. Los aspirantes a obtener licencia que no aprobaren los exámenes o las pruebas establecidas en el presente decreto para la clase de licencia que soliciten, podrán presentarlos nuevamente transcurrido un año desde la fecha del examen o de las pruebas no aprobadas, según el caso.
