ARTICULO 7º El transporte público terrestre internacional automotor de carga, será prestado en los términos y condiciones previstos en los tratados o convenios suscritos por Colombia y en las disposiciones que sobre el particular dicte el Gobierno Nacional y el Instituto Nacional de Transporte y Tránsito en los casos previstos en las normas correspondientes.
