° Lo recaudado por concepto de cuota de compensación militar así como también lo que se recaude por concepto de mora, multas o sanciones pecuniarias liquidadas en función de la cuota de compensación militar, ingresará al "Fondo de Defensa Nacional", cuya administración y control estará a cargo del Ministerio de Defensa por intermedio de la Subsecretaría General de dicho Ministerio.
