Articulo 52 . Las loterías, las beneficencias y los Servicios Seccionales de Salud, según el caso, determinaran los derechos que cause el suministro de los formularios a los concesionarios, en función del costo de su elaboración e independientemente del valor de la regalía correspondiente. Este valor no se podrá trasladar al apostador.
